Most kitchens run $45,000–$120,000+ depending on scope. A mid-range open-concept kitchen typically lands between $55K and $80K. We give you a fixed quote after the design stage so there are no surprises.
As a rough guide: a bathroom is 3–5 weeks, a kitchen is 6–10 weeks, and a basement suite is 10–16 weeks. We give you a firm schedule before we start and keep you updated weekly.
Yes. We manage all building permits through the City of Vancouver or your municipality as part of the project.
Yes — we're a fully licensed BC contractor with liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage, and every project is backed by a written workmanship warranty.
We finalize your design and material selections first, then give you one fixed price before any work starts. That price only changes if you ask us to change the scope mid-project — never because of a subtrade issue or a mistake on our end.
For most kitchen and bathroom projects, yes — we section off the work area and keep dust containment in place. For a full-home remodel or a major structural project, we'll tell you honestly at the quote stage if it makes more sense to move out for part of the build.
Every project is backed by a written workmanship guarantee. If something we built doesn't hold up the way it should, we come back and fix it — that's in writing, not just a verbal promise.
We work on a staged payment schedule tied to project milestones — never one large upfront payment for the full job. Exact terms are laid out in your fixed quote before you sign anything.
Trades like electrical and plumbing are licensed specialists we've worked with for years, but the project is managed end-to-end by Renohaus — one project manager, one point of contact, one standard of finish across every trade on site.
